Freelancing

I enjoy doing side projects in my spare time. My hours at Reflex are very flexible, so I do have time in between my other activities to pursue websites. Usually, I can size up a project well, and if I believe that it's big enough for Reflex, I'm obligated to let them know about it....part of the non-complete clause that I signed upon my hiring. Just telling you up front.

I am always up for any challenge, and I haven't met a challenge that I couldn't handle. I mostly do websites, but any type of web application or Windows application is always welcome. I will always meet up first and size up your project before charging you. I believe in being honest and open, so you don't have to worry about anything. Below is a sample of how a project timeline may go (keep in mind all projects are unique, so yours may not follow this exactly):

Typical Project Timeline:

  • Meet to discuss what is needed and what can be provided
  • Decide if professional designing is necessary*
  • Create a proposal and estimate
  • Design Phase is started (upon approval)
  • Art Production Phase
  • Development Phase
  • Launching

* I am not a professional designer. I have professionals that are able and willing to freelance projects with me.
